Will I get tracking info?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your product, simply contact us and we’ll help you start a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Do I need extra equipment?
Nope. All Workout Aid products are designed to work right out of the box, with no additional gear required.

How do I clean my Workout Aid products?
Most of our products can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking.
